A US private equity firm announced Tuesday that it has joined the family of Bob Marley the reggae star in hopes of building what it touted as "the world's first cannabis brand."
Seattle-based Privateer Holdings said Tuesday it has signed a license agreement with Marley heirs to deliver marijuana strains to the public, marijuana will be legal in Jamaica in 2015, the same company also plans to offer tea and lotions as derived products.
